Ali has been with the firm since 2008 and is a managing associate.
He specialises in intellectual property (IP) and commercial and criminal law. He has been practicing IP, criminal, real estate and commercial litigation for over nine years representing a wide range of foreign and domestic clients.
Ali advises clients on intellectual property matters, particularly in the fields of trademarks and industrial designs, unfair competition, anti-counterfeiting, investigation and IP prosecution.
He also advises and represents national and international clients in their commercial, law of obligations, construction and real estate related disputes. He has a specific focus on business crime and he handles both civil and criminal law disputes.
