We appraise our lawyers’ progression and competency based on their performance on specific assignments, also on 360 degree feedback based assessments. Feed backs and appraisal results form the basis for career progression and promotions.
Remuneration of our lawyers and their hourly rates are determined annually according to career progression, productivity and performance.
Our lawyers are required to be proficient in Turkish and English while a majority of them have third languages having good command of German, French and Russian.
We are supported by a large team of counsels, of-counsels, and correspondent lawyers and also by advisors in relation to technical and non-legal aspects of our practices.

Our formal trainee selection process starts in January and ends in April of each year for the law students in last grade expecting to graduate in the following summer. Having done summer training in our firm is an advantage.
