Our lawyers are promoted according to our unique Career Development Plan grading the career levels as associate, senior associate and partner positions based on competency, experience and meritocracy.

We appraise our lawyers’ progression and competency based on their performance on specific assignments, also on 360 degree feedback based assessments. Feed backs and appraisal results form the basis for career progression and promotions.

Remuneration of our lawyers and their hourly rates are determined annually according to career progression, productivity and performance.

Our lawyers are required to be proficient in Turkish and English while a majority of them have third languages having good command of German, French and Russian.

We are supported by a large team of counsels, of-counsels, and correspondent lawyers and also by advisors in relation to technical and non-legal aspects of our practices.

Open Positions

We are looking for an "Assistant Trademark Attorney", to be trained as a "Trademark Attorney" in our registration team, the job description being:

  • Assisting trademark attorneys in all processes of trademark applications from research to registration,
  • Preparing relevant reporting drafts.

Requirements are:

At least a bachelor's degree from one of the English-medium departments, preferably translation studies, philology, English Language and Literature, etc. of one of Turkey's leading universities,

  • Advanced level of English (having the ability to read and understand academic articles and write academic texts),
  • Basic knowledge in the field of law or being interested in this field,
  • Willingness to learn, having a high level of attention, being compatible in teamwork and open to new ideas,
  • Preferably previous experience as an assistant trademark attorney in a trademark consultancy firm.

We are looking for an Assistant Promotion and Business Development Specialist to work in the Strategy and Business Development Department.

Requirements are:

  • Bachelor's degree from the relevant departments of universities,
  • Experience of 2-3 years at most,
  • Motivation and willingness to work and develop in the field of promotion and business development in the professional services sector,
  • Good command of English,
  • Having the ability to own and take responsibility for their job,
  • Competent at MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint,
  • Having completed military service, for male candidates.

Job Description:

  • Coordination of the portfolio of publications and newsletters, liaising with attorneys and publishing organizations,
  • Assisting the annual planning and organization processes of events, webinars, etc.
  • Assisting the preparation of social media content,
  • Assisting the bid preparation processes,
  • Preparation of CRM data,
  • Assisting promotion and business development processes.

Our formal trainee selection process starts in January and ends in April of each year for the law students in last grade expecting to graduate in the following summer. Having done summer training in our firm is an advantage.

We consider our trainees as our future partners. During the one year of training our future partners are rotated within our specialised practice groups exposing them to different practices and disciplines.
