Aysel Korkmaz Yatkın joined the firm in 2008 and is now a managing associate. She is part of the intellectual property practice with a special focus on patents and utility models.
She has almost 10 years of experience of patents and has led numerous patent infringement and invalidation actions against generic pharmaceutical companies.
Aysel also advises clients in the pharmaceutical information and technology sectors.
