Istanbul Arbitration Association
We see the resolution of disputes amongst citizens in a civilized society through civilized methods as the key to the social peace and reconciliation, and arbitration as the most advanced method to achieve this aim.
We fully support the activities conducted by Istanbul Arbitration Association ISTA, which was founded with the aim of extending arbitration practices and transforming Istanbul into an arbitration hub, and which has been collaborating with various stakeholders to that end, conducting well-attended international arbitration events, formation of a list of arbitrators and other similar activities.
We are proud to have given intensive professional and financial support to the planning and writing of the ISTA Ethics Rules for Arbitrators, a project of strategic importance in the field of Arbitration Ethics in Turkey.
