Our Partner Zeynep Seda Alhas contributed to the recently published book “Reputed Trade Marks and Their Protection”, upon the invitation of AIPPI.
Zeynep co-authored the Türkiye chapter with Melis Abacıoğlu, President of AIPPI Türkiye.
The chapter addresses the protection of reputed trade marks under Turkish law.
We are pleased to see this contribution included in an international publication bringing together perspectives from different jurisdictions and thank the editors Dr. Klaudia Blach Morysinska, and Graciela Pérez de Inzaurraga.
