Turkish Patent and Trademark Office issues guidelines for proof of use in opposition proceedings
Following the entry into force of the IP Code, the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office published a Proof of Use Guidelines. It regulates the submission of evidence of trademark use and the Office’s interpretation of such evidence when proof of use is requested from the opponent.
