Berrin Dinçer is a managing associate in Gün + Partners and she has been working for the firm since 2010. Berrin has been specialized on trademark, design, copyright, patent and utility models as well as unfair competition.
She has been involved and took responsibility in a number of advisory and litigation services on all fields of IP law. She handled hundreds of both contentious and non-contentious administrative oppositions and litigations involving trademarks, patents, copyrights and industrial designs.
Berrin has been working IP matters, assisting the clients in structuring their strategy and providing them with legal opinion on a continuous basis. She represents multinational clients from numerous business areas including food and beverage, fashion, cosmetics, textile, electronics, entertainment, hotel and tourism, media and entertainment, pharmaceuticals, radio and TV broadcasting, telecoms, tobacco on all aspects of Intellectual Property and regulatory matters.
She also works in IP enforcement where supervises oppositions and appeals regarding trademark and design applications before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and handles management of clients’ works both at opposition and litigation phases.
